BIOGRAPHY
Of Colombian origin, Sasha Calle was born in 1995 in Boston. Wanting to become an actress very early on, she multiplied the castings and began by playing a recurring character in the series Socially Awkward in 2017. With this experience, she starred in five short films: Rogue Tiger, The White Shoes, Final Stop, Deep Cuts and Young Blood .
In 2018, Sasha Calle gained notoriety when she joined the cast of the famous soap opera The Young and the Restless via the character of Lola Rosales Abbott, for more than 200 episodes! This is the little sister of Arturo and Rey who sells Cuban sandwiches in a “food truck” and who meets a certain Kyle Abbott…
At the beginning of 2021, the young actress is chosen to slip into the skin of Kara Zor-El aka Supergirl in The Flash , alongside the title role Ezra Miller and Michael Keaton . This DC blockbuster, directed by Andy Muschietti ( It ), is released in June 2023, after having been postponed numerous times.
The actress will soon star in On Swift Horses , alongside Daisy Edgar-Jones , Jacob Elordi and Will Poulter .
