BIOGRAPHY
The Mexican actor and director, Alfredo Salvador Sánchez Bolaños, was born in October 1943 in Tehuacán, Puebla. He began his acting career in the theater in the late sixties. Thanks to his enormous talent, he became one of the most relevant actors in Mexican cinema. He debuted on the big screen in 1970 with the film Muera Zapata…Viva Zapata , from then on he has participated in projects such as Caó de la gloria el diablo (1971), La Choca (1973), El apando (1975), Canoa ( 1975 ) _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ fire (1991), Lady in the Night (1993), Leap into the Void (1994), Of Natural Death (1996), Only Once (2000) and Herod’s Law (2000).
His acting experience also includes television projects such as the series Dos Vidas (1988), Huracán (1998), Serafín (1999), Cómplices al Rescue (2002) and Code Fama (2003). Among his latest projects are the television series El bienamado , Vino el amor, Por Siempre… Joan Sebastian El Poeta del Pueblo and the feature film The Voice of a Dream, premiered on the national festival circuit in 2017.
