Carmen Lomana is a Spanish businessperson, socialite, and haute couture collector.

Carmen is the daughter of Basque banker Heliodoro Carmelo Fernández-Lomana Perelétegui and María Josefa Gutiérrez-García y Fernández-Getino. She is the widow of Chilean industrial designer Guillermo Capdevilla, who died in 1999.

Carmen’s maternal grandparents were Adriano Gutiérrez (the son of Víctor Gutiérrez) and Plácida García Fernández-Getino. They were from Canseco, León.
